"Asked our agents office for a copy of our home owners policy. Took 7 requests and just over a year to get it. Would guess there is a law that says they need to provide you that in a timely fashion. They clearly don’t care. Still have an unsettled claim that is “waiting approval”. Date of loss was a year and a half ago. Not sure what we would have done if the damage to our house had made it unlivable and we were still waiting for a settlement. If you want your insurance company to help you when you have a claim, don’t insure here."

"All of the Statefarm staff at Chris Ahles agency are always so helpful. I never have to speak with a robot, and if they miss my call (which rarely happens) they have a soon time response. "At first, the manager who set up all of our quotes, worked well with us and helped us get more for our money. But they made a bad error that exposed our information. This is a very big deal. Both my partner and I AND the office have submitted reports and I also filed a complaint about this office with State Farm. Although the account manager apologized, it has really put us in a difficult situation. We had to promptly cancel all the policies that were started with State Farm and this experience left a very sour taste with us on whether we should trust this agency or even State Farm in general. I know mistakes happen, but what if it was PHI or other very sensitive information? The company could be in massive trouble. Please be VERY careful with those you send your information to. They could rush things and send your information to complete strangers. We are disappointed, but we are also quite concerned at this point and don't know if we should even consider contacting a lawyer."
